Pre-Isolation Checklist

It is critical what you do and don’t bring into isolation. This checklist is to help make sure everything is sorted. For more information, please refer to the Isolation section of the Academics Handbook.

Required For Isolation Checkin:

I HAVE my Delegate Tag
I HAVE a piece of photo ID
I HAVE all of my teammates

Prohibited in Isolation:

I DO NOT HAVE a cell phone
I DO NOT HAVE a wearable electronic device
I DO NOT HAVE a personal media device (eg. iPod)
I DO NOT HAVE notes or papers of any kind
I DO NOT HAVE a USB stick or other digital storage device
I DO NOT HAVE a non-resettable calculator
I DO NOT HAVE personal pens or papers

Allowed items in Isolation:

• 1 Financial or standard calculator per delegate
• Medication (prescription, Tylenol/Advil, etc.)
• Lip balm
• Menstrual products
• Facial tissue
• Clear water bottle
• Required health-related items (e.g., Asthma inhalers
• Personal ID
• Debit/Credit cards
• Basic, non-digital (i.e., analog) watches

Other items may be deemed permissible on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee.
