Delegate Registration Form 2025/2026

As a JDC West competitor, your entire team is expected to follow several general conduct guidelines. The official code of conduct for JDC West 2026 must also be reviewed and signed by each delegate upon registration.

It is your duty to:
- Respect, encourage, and support your peers from your school and other schools;
- Follow the itinerary and instructions from the Organizing Committee;
- Respect the rules of each JDC West competition component;
- Be a positive ambassador for your city and school;
- Understand the information within this competitor guide and other official guides (such as the JDC West Competition Handbook);
- Be open to the experience and fun of JDC West;
- Not exhibit any violent behaviour;
- Not participate in any illegal activity;
- Not damage any JDC West 2026 venues;
- Not disturb other external guests (inclusive of all venues); and
- Not engage in any CODE OF CONDUCT or any other disreputable conduct.

Additionally,
- Avoid any disruption during designated quiet times at the hotel.
- Show respect towards volunteers, hotel staff, and the Organizing Committee (OC) at all times.
- No venue complaints from arrival to departure. - Severe complaints may result in the OC taking necessary action, including the removal of your placement.
- Refrain from being disruptive during speeches and events, including but not limited to opening ceremonies, dinner guest speakers, and the gala (both during and after).

Note: the OC reserves the exclusive right to implement consequences as they see fit during the competition if the code of conduct guidelines are not followed.
