The Feedback Form provides participants of JDC West with the opportunity to submit feedback to the JDC West Organizing Committee. The feedback provided will help the Organizing Committee be aware of a current issue that can either be adjusted for the remainder of the competition or can pass on this information to the following year’s Organizing Committee.
If this is a formal complaint (Code of Conduct Violation or Dispute [Handbook Violation]), please follow the processes outlined at jdcwest.org/complaints. If this is an Incident Report, please submit it using this linked form.
